Automakers must meet ever more stringent energy standards, yet we are designing cities that waste energy. We utilize a technique we developed called “flow” that significantly reduces energy to travel through a neighborhood or a city. We may be able to create technologies that make vehicles ever more efficient, but inefficient travel patterns also consumes energy and valuable resources.

Not only does Flow decrease energy consumotion, but it also cuts travel time by eliminating unnecessary stops and turns through the neighborhood.
